I know how difficult it is to remove major food groups like gluten, dairy, yeast and sugar but too much of anything is not good for you so anything I come across that makes life easier, I'm going to share it with you!

Here is a link to a porridge br ... ead I made last night and it worked out really well.

Its sugar, gluten and yeast free and if you want, you can swap out regular yoghurt for goats or coconut yoghurt to make it dairy free. You could add in some honey if you need that touch of sugar.

Here the recipe I used. Give it a go. Very easy to make. Let me know what you think. Perfect with a boiled or fried egg :)
